1. Data controller
The controller of personal data collected through digital.vex1.com is VEKS 1 EOOD („ВЕКС 1“ ЕООД), company ID (ЕИК) 104661822, registered at 22 Hr. Botev St., Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria (“VEX1”, “we”). VEX1 (vex1.com) is a Bulgarian printing, advertising and design company, and VEX1 Digital is its software division. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Bulgarian law. For any privacy question: alex.vanchov@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Through the forms on this site (enquiry, free audit, agency partnership) we collect your name, email, phone (optional), company and website (optional), your message and project details (type, timeline). We also record the page language, the page the form was sent from, the source of your visit (UTM parameters and ad click IDs, if any), your browser and a cryptographic hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Protecting the site against abuse and spam — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and ad measurement — only with your consent via the cookie banner.
4. Retention
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a contract (in which case accounting and tax retention periods apply). Enquiries marked as lost or spam are deleted automatically after 24 months.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by providers that help us run the service:
- SuperHosting.BG (superhosting.bg), Bulgaria — hosting of the site and its database, and sending email.
- Calendly (calendly.com) — only if you book a call through the embedded calendar. Calendly processes the details you enter (name, email, meeting time) under its own privacy policy.
- Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — only with your consent via the cookie banner.
We may also share data with accounting and legal advisers where necessary, and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
6. Cookies
See our Cookie policy for the cookies we use.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, www.cpdp.bg).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: an encrypted (SSL) connection across the site, restricted access to the data, two-factor protection for admin access, and regular backups and updates.
9. Contact
